I was born in Rockford Illinois, and lived in Southern Illinois for the last 45 years. I have been married for 26 years and have 2 sons. I have coached little league and high school sports, and I am a member of the Waldo Baptist Church. I enjoy fishing, duck hunting, and boating on the lakes.

I graduated from SIU Carbondale with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree and then worked at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant where I was an operations Supervisor. I later became a contractor for the Department of Energy as Safety Oversight, which includes managing audits. My entire career has required me to pay attention to the details and continually increase my knowledge through either training or experience. I have always strived to be the best by putting in time and effort, and I continue to do so throughout every inspection.

I received in-depth training through AHIT, and full certification from InterNACHI. I continue to take part in ongoing education, and make use of the latest technology to always be the best. This ensures I can help you to feel confident when making one of the biggest purchases of your life.
